The Challenge
The community of Crickhowell appointed contractors to convert an old local public house ( the Corn Exchange) into shops and flats to prevent it being taken over by a national chain supermarket.
Our Solution
The solution provided was a liquid floor screed laid over insulation to the ground floor that would enable contractors to gain access within 36 hours of the screed being laid to prevent further delays.
Results & Benefits
Along with the speed of installation and the ability to create a perfectly flat finished floor from an unlevel starting point, it allowed the main contractors to carry on with the rest of the build allowing the floor to dry naturally.
