To convert an old commercial Unit into a Tiffins Indian Restaurant. In a shopping Centre in Swindon.
Our Solution
The solution provided was a liquid floor screed laid over an existing floor that would enable contractors to gain access within 36 hours of the screed being laid to prevent further delays.
Results & Benefits
It allowed the main contractors to carry on with the rest of the build allowing the floor to dry naturally. The result was a smooth floor finish ready to receive the owners chosen final
